S.C. Senate hearings held from the summer through the fall might lead to more changes for the state’s film industry — changes that could give filmmakers a home they can be so proud of that they will pump millions of dollars into the state.
The Carolina Film Alliance was formed in 1998 and is located in Charleston, SC.
Founded in 1994, filmmaking.net is one of the oldest filmmaking resources on the Internet. The site provides reference and a community for new and independent filmmakers around the world.
